Mary Cullen is the Principal of Cullen & Co. Solicitors and holds a degree of B.C.L. and L.L.M from UCD.


Mary was admitted as a solicitor to the Law Society in 1977 and subsequently established the firm of Cullen & Co. in 1985 in the Inchicore area as a General Practice with particular emphasis on the area of Private Client.


Mary heads up the Commercial and Residential Conveyancing Section of the practice which deals with residential sales and purchases of houses, lands and apartments.


Mary also has extensive experience in advising clients on all aspects of Employment and Industrial Relations Law. The service includes advising clients, both employers and employees, on terms of contracts, grievance procedures, staff handbooks and disciplinary procedures. The firm also provides representation at all employment law fora to include the Rights Commissioner Service, the Employment Appeals Tribunal and The Labour Court.

John O’Toole,

John O’Toole has been an invaluable member of the firm of Cullen & Co. Solicitors since its foundation.


John specialises in the areas of Family Law, Childcare Law and Road Traffic Litigation.


The practice of Family Law over the last 25 years has been particularly challenging given the rate of change. John has practised Family Law throughout this time gaining extensive experience. He has a particular interest in Child Care Law.


John also practices in the area of Road Traffic Litigation. This includes defence of road traffic summonses at the District Court and the Circuit Court.

Mary MacNeill,

Mary MacNeill joined the firm of Cullen & Co. Solicitors in 2006.


Mary deals with all types of general civil litigation including insurance litigation with a special interest in Personal Injuries*. Mary has extensive experience from both the Plaintiff's and Defendant’s perspective which gives her a unique insight into problems and the solutions to same.


Mary advises generally in relation to all aspects of civil litigation including Personal Injuries* litigation which incorporates employer’s liability, product liability, public liability and motor claims. Mary also deals with  insolvency/recovery, professional and medical negligence.


Mary brings a unique insight into her handling of cases to the benefit of her clients, due to her extensive experience both in Insurance Defence litigation and  Plaintiff litigation.


Mary handles commercial litigation and employment law matters for individuals and organisation in a wide variety of sectors including education and retail.


Monika Chaberska - Błaszczyk graduated law from University of Łódź in Poland in 2008 and holds a Masters of Law Degree.


Monika joined Cullen & Co. Solicitors in 2006 and during her time with the firm she has gained extensive experience in the areas of Property Law, Wills and Probate.


In 2011 Monika has been awarded the Law Society Conveyancing Prize for Joint First Place in her PPC 1 examinations and in 2012 Monika was admitted as a solicitor to the Law Society of Ireland


Monika as a Polish native speaker assists Polish clients living in Ireland with all legal queries.
